With the long awaited easing of travel restrictions and the reactivation of touristic activity, the new Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid soft opens  on June 7^th.

Conceived to satisfy demand from Urban travelers who are looking to enjoy the vibrant lifestyle of the Spanish Capital, our new hotel benefits from its prime location right in the heart of Gran Vía madrilena- reflecting our brand’s lifestyle philosophy, and aiming to attract the attention of both tourists and Madrileños.

Pestana CR7 Gran Vía Madrid is located in a charming 1920’s building that underwent full renovations so as to fill it with modern commodities and to give it a contemporary style that pays tribute to Madrid’s Golden age. It offers 168 rooms.

The 9th floor CR7 is home to the project’s gastronomic section, including a sports bar, a pizzeria and a one-of-a-kind rooftop with a 360º view of the capital that also includes a pool. Sporting values have an important role in the project, as such the hotel  includes a Fitness Box, and promotes training programs and sports activities.

This is the first Pestana CR7 Lifestyle Hotels brand hotel (a partnership between the Pestana Hotel Group, headed by Dionísio Pestana, and Cristiano Ronaldo) outside of Portugal, following the success of its hotels in Lisbon and Funchal. And it’s the second Pestana Hotel Group hotel in the capital, following Pestana Plaza Mayor, which is part of the Pestana Collection Hotels brand.

The first guests will arrive on the 7th of June. Reservations can be made at https://www.pestanacr7.com. The different types of room available are as follows: cabin, cabin view, Superior, Superior View, Superior Balcony, Superior View Balcony, Deluxe View and CR7 studio, with the price for an individual room starting at 90s euros (cabin).
