Pestana Hotel Group was elected Trusted Brand 2016

With great emphasis on quality of its service
The Pestana Hotel Group has just been elected Trusted Brand in the 2016 edition of the prestigious Readers Digest study which surveyed 13,200 people at a national level, with statistical representation of the Portuguese population (with response rate above 8%).
The survey, performed at an European level, has existed for 16 years in Portugal, but it’s the first time the category “Hotels” has been analyzed. The largest international hotel group with Portuguese origin is proud to have achieved a highlighted leadership. The 1st place, a winning debut as a brand of greater trust between the Portuguese population, was mainly achieved due to the 2 highest rated attributes – Quality and Perception of their customers’ Needs.
According to Nuno Ferreira Pires, the person responsible for Marketing & Sales, “Pestana Hotel Group assigns an enormous value to this election of the Portuguese people, which reflects the recognition that the Pestana brand has in their country of origin, which is always a market to which we have thoroughly dedicated ourselves. Being the 1st brand elected in the 1st year that this study tests an attribute with as much value as “trust,” we consider this a double prize. No brand can lead anything without the trust of its customers and stakeholders. ”
Created in 2001, the study aims to measure the degree of confidence that consumers have in the brands.
